SO LET'S TALK ABOUT TODAY'S DISSCUSSION- THE 'KISAN RAIL'.

Our Prime Minister launched the new service named as Kisan Rail for our hardworking farmers in his speech. I am sure that you may have definitely wondered that what is a Kisan Rail !

 

No, your guess is wrong because this train is neither reserved for Farmers nor for their family , but it is reserved for the Goods and daily Commodities which we regularly consume like wheat flour , rice, pulses as well as the perishable items like milk , cheese etc. 

Now you will say that the normal goods trains are also doing the same job then why  the Kisan Train launched ?? 😒😒😒

But my friend, the train about which you are thinking reach their destinations in many days or so, in such a long time how we will supply food grains like daily needs to all parts of India which is so diverse and large country !!!

So, to solve this chaos Indian Railway launched the Kisan Rail , in which the farmers can harvest their produce and just simply supply it to their nearest railway station and then to different parts of  India. This train offers rapid transport of the food grains and perishable items like milk products in less time and more importantly at LOWER PRICES !!! 

Thus you can now understand that introducing this type of train will be a good weapon against wastage of food and also it will eradicate the shortage of food in some parts of India.

The first Kisan Rail of India ran between Devlali which is situated in Maharashtra and Danapur which is situated in Bihar state of India covering a distance of over 1500km in around 30 hours.

Later Railways is planning to start more Kisan Rail in some busiest rail sections of India.
